The course begins with "Adapt to Complexity using Empiricism and Scrum," where participants delve into the core principles of Agile Management. Learners will gain practical understanding on managing complexity in the business environment, applying empiricism to reduce business risks, and mastering the Scrum framework.  

"Manage Agile Teams and Organisations Effectively” explores Scrum’s application in leadership and decision-making and successful approaches to organisational agility through data-based decision-making. The Instructional Unit instils the skills required to create strategies for growth, define metrics to measure progress, optimize business processes and create the necessary ecosystem and culture that supports business agility.  

"Create Efficient Workflows and Plan a Product Release" equips participants with the skills to create efficient workspaces for Scrum teams, practical facilitation techniques to ensure effective Scrum events and release planning strategies to deliver customer value predictably. Moving forward, "Build Effective Scrum Teams & Prioritise Valuable Business Outcomes " focuses on team dynamics and product backlog management, ensuring participants are equipped to drive the development of high-performing Agile teams. A practical case study is included detailing examples of implementation.

 
"Conduct Effective Scrum Events for High Performing Teams" further hones participants’ skills in sprint planning and daily scrum ceremonies, providing real-world case studies for application. "Implement Continuous Growth and Development" concludes the core Instructional Units by exploring the learning loop concept and how it fits into the broader Agile ecosystem.
